Footage released by police shows the rock singer talking to an unidentified woman while she stood on the ledge of John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge. The interaction took place on Tuesday night while the rock legend was in town shooting a music video, according to police. Bon Jovi happened to be on the bridge at the same time the woman was standing on the ledge and offered a hand in need, his rep told The U.S. Sun. In the footage, Bon Jovi approaches the woman with a friend and begins talking to her. After talking for a few minutes, Bon Jovi and his friend grab the unidentified woman and pull her back onto the bridge. Once back on the walkway, the rock legend embraces the woman. Nashville police thanked Bon Jovi on their official X account after his heroic act of kindness. Multiple X users rushed to the footage posted by the police praising Bon Jovi for the good deed. Bon Jovi has helped many in need and runs the non-profit organization The Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, which deals with people in crisis from hunger to homelessness among other issues.

Multiple X users rushed to the footage posted by the police praising Bon Jovi for the good deed.
“This moved me to tears. In a time of such division and hardship, I can truly feel the love in his actions,” said one user.
“Well done, @jonbonjovi. A beautiful example of empathy and kindness,” they continued.
A couple of other individuals commented saying that Bon Jovi did a great job and called the act of kindness “amazing.”
