Ludhiana Launches ‘Bhikhya Ton Sikhya Tak’ to Rehabilitate Child Beggars
In an effort to address the issue of child begging on the streets, Ludhiana has launched a new initiative called ‘Bhikhya Ton Sikhya Tak’.
