NC State faculty have been prolific in their research efforts, with over 500 articles related to education published in peer-reviewed journals between 2018-2022.
This is the second time that the education and educational research category has been included in the U.S. News’ Best Global Universities rankings, with NC State previously ranking No. 68 in the world in the inaugural edition. Overall, the 2024-2025 edition of the Best Global Universities rankings assessed nearly 22,000 universities worldwide across 51 subjects, highlighting the competitive nature of the rankings.
