Purdue University Climbs to No. 8 Among U.S. Public Universities in Latest QS Rankings, Recognized as One of the World’s Best

The prestigious Purdue University has once again solidified its position as one of the top academic institutions in the world. In the latest 2025 QS World University Rankings, Purdue has climbed to No. 89 globally, marking a significant improvement of 10 spots from the previous year.

Not only is Purdue ranked among the top 10 U.S. public universities, coming in at No. 8 overall, but it has also secured a spot in the top 25 among all U.S. institutions. Additionally, Purdue has risen to No. 6 among Big Ten universities, making it the only institution in the conference to see an improvement in its QS rankings this year.
