Irish pop sensation Ronan Keating is set to headline the upcoming It’s The Nineties Baby festival in the UK, alongside a star-studded line-up including Peter Andre. The 47-year-old singer took to Instagram to share his excitement about the event, which is scheduled to take place at Town Moor, Newcastle on Sunday 4th August.
This announcement comes after Ronan’s son Jack mistakenly claimed on Love Island that the Boyzone legend had retired, a statement that Ronan quickly denied during an appearance on The One Show. “I’m definitely not retired!” he exclaimed, setting the record straight.
Fans of the 90s music era are thrilled about the festival line-up, which also includes acts like Blue, Atomic Kitten, Blazin’ Squad, and Five. One fan commented, “Literally bring back the early 2000 era,” while another expressed their excitement with, “😮😮😮😮 what a show!!! Brilliant !!!!! Love the 90’s!!!!❤️.”
Despite facing personal tragedy with the loss of his brother in a car crash last year, Ronan has continued to focus on his music career. He recently completed a tour in Asia and is gearing up for another tour starting in May this year.
Ronan rose to fame in the 90s as a member of Boyzone, alongside Keith Duffy, Michael Graham, Shane Lynch, and the late Stephen Gately. The group enjoyed massive success during their time together and reunited in 2007 before officially disbanding in 2019.
Fans can expect an electrifying performance from Ronan Keating at the It’s The Nineties Baby festival, as he continues to captivate audiences with his timeless music and undeniable talent.
