Rhodes College has been recognized as one of the nation’s top institutions for study abroad, ranking No. 29 for undergraduate participation in the Open Doors 2023 Report on International Educational Exchange. With 196 students participating in study abroad programs, Rhodes College is making a mark on the global education landscape.
Nextech, a leading provider of HVAC/R services, has announced a partnership with Remington College, a nonprofit college with a location in Memphis. As a preferred employer partner, Nextech will work closely with Remington College to provide opportunities for students in HVAC programs at nine campuses across four states.
Nia Nguyen has joined Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South as the nonprofit’s office coordinator, bringing a wealth of experience in sales and customer service to the role. Nguyen will play a key role in coordinating office duties and providing administrative support to the development and programs teams.
Hi-Speed Industrial Service has welcomed two new professionals to its team, with Dave Rasmussen joining as General Manager of its Millington and Little Rock locations, and Ron Melton joining as Operations Manager for the Millington motor repair division. Both bring years of experience in operations and electromechanical equipment service, further strengthening Hi-Speed’s capabilities in the industry.
