Local McDonald’s Restaurants in Louisville and Lexington Looking to Hire 1,000 New Employees

As summer approaches, McDonald’s restaurants in the Louisville and Lexington areas are gearing up to hire nearly 1,000 new employees. These locally owned and operated McDonald’s locations are offering a range of benefits and opportunities for job seekers in the region.

Employees at participating McDonald’s locations can enjoy on-the-job training, schedule flexibility, and a fun work environment. Additionally, they have access to discounted McDonald’s items at any McDonald’s in the U.S. Whether someone is looking for a summer job, a side gig, or a long-term career, McDonald’s restaurant jobs have been a stepping stone for success for many generations.

Since 2015, over 82,500 restaurant employees in the U.S. have enrolled in McDonald’s Archway to Opportunity program. This program allows employees to work towards a college degree and earn tuition assistance. It also provides support for high school diploma programs, English skills improvement, and career planning through advisors.

“We are proud to provide job opportunities in our local communities,” said Emily Kasselmann, who owns six McDonald’s locations in Kentucky. “It’s important for individuals to be valued, and we look forward to sharing all McDonald’s has to offer as individuals begin their summer job searches.”

Job seekers interested in joining the McDonald’s team can visit jobs.mchire.com to learn more and apply to a restaurant near them. They can also text ‘apply’ to 38000 to start an application via text. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to join a dynamic team and start a rewarding career with McDonald’s.
