I’m told they were openly flirting with each other while on the double date with another twosome.
A source said: “The pair were clearly at ease in each other’s company and were joking and laughing together during the evening.
“Later on, they had their arms around each other as they left the venue together and walked around Battersea Power Station.
“Arabella seemed totally relaxed with Billy and was definitely showing off her competitive side during the table tennis.”

She has been enjoying the single life since her latest romance, with Love Islander Adam Maxted, abruptly ended after their time in the All Stars villa in January.
She said: “I’ve been so unlucky in love.
“I’ve dated people I thought at the time were the one, which was a mistake I’ve since learnt from.”
