FedUp Foods Expands Operations with New Beverage Facility in Wilmington
WILMINGTON, NC. — FedUp Foods, a leading fermented beverage manufacturer, is set to open a new beverage facility in Wilmington, adding to its existing operations in Marshall and Erwin, Tenn. The company, formerly known as Buchi, was founded in 2008 by Jeannine Buscher and Sarah Millins with a mission to provide a healthy alternative for their children.
The new facility in Wilmington will allow FedUp Foods to increase production by approximately 200,000 barrels per year, catering to the growing demand for their products. The company offers a range of beverages including kombucha, prebiotic and probiotic sodas, tepache, water kefir soda, and functional cold-brew coffee.
