Commenters were left discussing whether the mum-of-five’s nose had been heavily altered for the picture.
In the glam snap, Katie appeared to be sporting a full face of make-up as she shot her signature pout down the lens of the camera.
She donned a peach coloured beanie style hat as she jet black locks flowed down her shoulders.
Despite looking stunning in the snap, she failed to shake off naysayers who questioned the authenticity of the snap.
Taking aim at Katie, one person said: “Your photoshopper clearly doesn’t like your nose.”
Another appeared to insinuate she looked just like a doll as they simply wrote: “Bratz.”
Before another begged: “Would love to see you natural lookin.”
Despite the criticism, many of her followers were left gushing over the star as they paid her a series of compliments.

Katie was last known to have had surgery on her nose in 2023 when she had her second rhinoplasty.
The former Mucky Mansion owner has resorted to filler, Botox, facelifts and boob jobs as well as veneers to alter her looks over the years.
In December 2022, the former Loose Women panellist underwent her 16th operation in Belgium in a bid to get the ‘biggest boobs in Britain’.
Her mum Amy, 71, previously branded her boobs ‘ridiculous’ in a TV interview on This Morning.
