Cara Delevingne’s parents disclose the reason behind the devastating fire that razed her £5m mansion, where the star had spent her entire life – The Sun

Cara Delevingne’s parents have revealed the heartbreaking cause of the fire that destroyed their daughter’s £5 million LA mansion. The model, who was seen for the first time since the devastating blaze, was comforted by her family as they attended a show in London.

The fire, which completely gutted Cara’s home, was reportedly caused by an electrical wire issue that spiraled out of control due to high winds in the area. Her father, Charles, explained that something fell on a powerline during a very windy night in Southern California, leading to the tragic incident.

Cara’s mother, Pandora, expressed how devastated her daughter was by the loss, as the mansion held everything that was dear to her. Despite the heartbreaking situation, Cara took to Instagram to thank the firefighters and share the good news that her cherished cats were alive.

The official cause of the fire is still under investigation, but it is believed to have started in a backroom of the property before spreading rapidly to the attic. Emergency services were called in the early hours of the morning, and it took over two hours for the firefighters to bring the flames under control.

While the fate of her home remains uncertain, Cara is currently in London making her stage debut as Sally Bowles in the West End production of Cabaret. The actress is set to continue in the role until June 1, showcasing her talent and resilience in the face of adversity.
