Prince Harry has suffered a fresh Invictus Games blow in the wake of the Pat Tillman Award controversy after the foundation’s chief executive announced his departure. Dominic Reid, who has been credited with helping the foundation’s growth globally, stepped down from Invictus after 10 years and six games across three continents. The Duke of Sussex, 39, subsequently paid tribute to Mr Reid, who has occupied the role since the games began in 2014. Harry said in a statement: “His tireless efforts over the past decade have supported thousands of wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans through sports rehabilitation.” Meanwhile, the gunman who tried to kill Donald Trump searched online for a member of the Royal family days before his attempt on the former president’s life, FBI investigators have said. Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, was killed after opening fire on the former president on Saturday at a rally in Pennsylvania. His electronic devices were subsequently seized and revealed that he had Google searched several public figures leading up to the incident, including Christopher Wray, the FBI director.

Prince Harry ‘very upset and emotional’
“Harry was very upset and emotional when he saw the footage of Kate [Middleton] at Trooping the Colour,” the insider told Page Six. “While he has managed to connect with her on a few occasions, it’s not nearly as often as he’d like.
“He would have dearly loved to have been there if only to congratulate and support Kate in person on what must have been a tough day for her.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle labelled ‘the uninvitables’
A source close to the royals has claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been labelled as “the uninvitables” because of their strained relationship with the family.
“There is genuine fear that if the Sussexes are invited to a wedding or a christening, it could leave that family excluded from the social circuit which would be one of the biggest faux pas imaginable.
It is not known when Meghan Markle last saw the royal family, but Prince Harry has not seen King Charles since the announcement of his cancer diagnosis in February.
While he has been in the UK since then, the monarch did not meet with his youngest son, citing his busy schedule.

The now Duchess of Sussex, 42, fell out with her father Thomas around the time of her 2018 wedding to Prince Harry. This was seemingly the result of his decision to participate in a stage paparazzi photoshoot.

“Her Majesty realised the potential damage they could do to the Royal Family in general.
“Looking back, the Queen might have had an inkling of what was to come.”

King Charles breaks royal protocol in a ‘major way’
Kathleen Moriarty, 91, told Charles that she had always wanted to kiss a king when the pair met in Guernsey and he was happy to grant her wish.
She later told the BBC: “I said to him, ‘Please, can I give you a kiss?’
“And he gives me his cheek. I just did it! I didn’t plan it, and I enjoyed it. He’s lovely. It was very nice. I am pleased. I thought if all these young dolly birds can do it, this old lady can!”
Under traditional royal protocol, even hugging members of the public is frowned upon.
If you can’t do it when you are 91 years old, when can you?

Harry and Meghan wanted to ‘move in with’ Queen Elizabth
A new report has claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle wanted to move in with the late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip following their 2018 wedding.
Royal author Hugo Vickers told The Times that while the couple requested living quarters in Windsor Castle, this was denied by the then-monarch, who said the location was not “entirely appropriate” for a young family.
Harry and Meghan subsequently moved into Frogmore Cottage, also in Windsor, but they were asked to vacate the property last summer after stepping down as working royals.
